In most cases, your insurance company will send payment directly to our office, and you are responsible only for your estimated copay, deductible, or coinsurance at the time of your visit.
Before any treatment beyond a routine exam and cleaning, we provide a pre-treatment estimate so you have a clear picture of what your insurance is expected to cover and what your out-of-pocket cost will be. While insurance companies make final determinations on coverage, our estimates are based on our experience working with your carrier and are typically very close to the final amounts.

Annual maximum. This is the most your insurance will pay for dental care within a plan year, typically ranging from $1,000 to $2,500. Once you reach this limit, additional treatment costs are your responsibility until the plan resets.
